Now theres a lot of areas you can get to right off deploy and meet a scav but since there is spawns at Old Gas, i think its in the loop, and i've noticed many of my teams actually spawning there. I think they run a system on certain scavs based on. So if you notice that certain areas of that map have a very high chance of spawning scavs, and its almost routine, but some areas you run into them and its what you might say uncommon or even rare. Yes they do but they have variable spawns imo.
